Cancellation or refund due to simple remorse is not possible.
If the merchandise was damaged during shipment, we will replace it at no extra fees. The damaged merchandise should be handled by the buyer. No returning required.
- Contact us via email at email@example.com with your name, order number, and the merchandise needed for replacing. In addition, our customer service might ask you to send pictures of the damaged merchandise that you received.
- It may take up to 2 weeks to process replacement. Exceptions may apply.
